Energetics I is an introduction to the world of Energetic modalities. Massage Therapists and Bodyworkers will learn about the Ayurvedic Chakra system and the influences these centers have on the body. They will also learn how to assess and balance these energies. Participants will also gain an understanding of Reiki, which means "Universal Life Force", a modality in which practitioners radiate energy from their hands to create change in the body. Participants will also receive a Reiki Level I attunement and certification.
